Each employee should open only the department section assigned to them. Access to department pages should be controlled through user groups and page rules.
This area is used to keep:
- Department-specific SOPs
- Team guidelines
- Internal working documents
- Department templates
- Operational checklists
- Approval and process notes
- Users should only view documents related to their department.
- Department leads should keep their section updated.
- Sensitive documents should remain inside restricted department pages.
- Shared company-wide files should go to the All Company Documents section.
If you cannot access a department page, contact the administrator or your department lead.
